不解压修改压缩文件时增加压缩级别选择

在修改jar文件时，部分资源是不能压缩的，只进行保存。希望增加Windows版本WinRAR的类似功能，在拖拽一个文件到窗口后，弹出的选项里增加一个压缩级别的选择。

Hello, this is Bandisoft.

When dropping files by Drag and Drop, we intended to display a simplified UI because you have to choose between three functions. (Add File, Open Archive, Create a new archive)

If you want to set the detail options including the compression level when adding files, click the "Add File (添加)" button on the toolbar.

However, as a result of testing, we found a problem where the specified compression level was not applied when adding files.

We will fix it in the next update.
