Inferred Return Types and standard CSV Format

Any ETA on when we get inferred return types and a standard CSV format?

Hello Cezar, 

Ostap is almost done with the function calls and than we can do to type inference. I'm guessing we should be ready in two weeks. The priority of the CSV (https://github.com/bandilab/bandicoot/issues/11) has to be to compared to the rest of the items first.
