Happy Friday and Good evening quý Trưởng,

We are pleased to announce the 2023 Liên Đoàn Sports and Knowledge Competition for các em Nghĩa Sĩ and Hiệp Sĩ. This will be an all-day event on Saturday, July 1^st from 9AM - 5PM (we chose this date based off of Đoàn responses and coordinating with multiple schedules and events). 

Attached you will find:

1. Flyer for your social media and communications (Please help us promote with your kids) 
2. Announcement and Registration Form
1.  The $10 fee goes towards logistics, supplies/equipment, lunch and snacks.
2. Đoàn can help cover all or a portion of the fee for their members.
3.  Please assign a single point of contact to collect forms/fees and submit to Liên Đoàn (Tr. Việt: viet...@veym.net)
4. Adult members will not participate in competitions. They will be assigned to staff roles. All ADULT MEMBERS WHO HELP MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH BACKGROUND CHECK, CHILD PROTECTION, AND HAVE APPROVAL FROM THEIR CHAPTER PRESIDENT.
3. VEYM Announcement for the National CTTT Competition (Our Knowledge Competition will determine which NS and HS represents our LĐĐS)
4. Study Guides for Ngành NS and HS
1. Covering the topics of Thánh Kinh, Thánh Thể, Chuyên Môn, Ca Hát, Phong Trào, Nghiêm Tập
2. Don't just send to the kids. Take this opportunity to do your own study sessions or mock competitions with them.
5. Sports Roster sign-up (Please submit to Tr. Việt by June 25th)
1. There are instructions and explanations included in this excel sheet.

We hope that all Đoàn will take advantage of this opportunity to encourage, promote, and help your kids attend this event so that they can have fun, meet friends, and strengthen their faith. Please reach out to Liên Đoàn Leadership with any questions or concerns. 

We hope to see many of our chapters participating this July!
