You are receiving this email because you have made an awesome decision in volunteering to be a part of the AU NHI National Zoo Field trip. Thank you so much! We are so blessed to receive your help! Two more days before the trip, and this email is to make sure we are on the same page :)

***Notes for everyone:

Below is the schedule of the field trip

9:00-9:15AM	Meet at Barcroft, check in	625 S Wakefield St, Arlington, VA 22204
9:15-10:00AM	En route to the Zoo	3001 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC 20008
10:30AM -3:30PM	Scavenger Hunt (11am-1pm) Lunch (1- 2pm), Kids Farm
3:30-4:30PM	At 4:30 PM, parents will come pick their kids up at Barcroft, check out	625 S Wakefield St, Arlington, VA 22204

- Please save these phone numbers: Tr. Nu (571-247-4774), Tr. Rachel (703-901-5485). Before Sunday, please send one of us a text telling me your name, so I can save your number as well. 

- We got lunches for everyone!

- If you need a ride to the zoo, please meet up with Tr. Nu sharply at 9 a.m at Barcroft elementary school (bên cạnh nhà thờ Các Thánh Tử Đạo). Please follow the car assignment the whole trip (to the zoo and back to elementary school) as it is easier for the driver to keep track of people in the car and to find out if anyone is missing.

- NS/ HS/ HT & TT: please wear your scarf/ your soul! 

***Notes for Drivers:

- If your car is assigned to drive straight to the zoo. Please meet up with Tr. Rachel at Panda Overlook Cafe (LOCATION: Asia Trail) at 10:00 am.

- If you car is assigned to pick up more kids, please meet up with Tr. Nu at Barcroft Elementary School (bên cạnh nhà thờ Các Thánh Tử Đạo) sharply at 9:00 am. We will leave the school at 9:15 a.m. When you arrive to the zoo, please try to park at LOT A, if possible. Then bring cac em to meet up with Tr. Rachel at Panda Overlook Cafe (LOCATION: Asia Trail).

- There are street parking along the road to the zoo, yet they are difficult to find. Parking inside the zoo is $22/ whole day, and we can only afford to pay the parking fee for cars who drive cac em from church. Please understand for us.

Today is the day I shall try to cherish forever... It was a beautiful moment watching Au Nhis hand-in-hand running around the zoo while singing Vietnamese and Christian song. I pray that the field trip strengthened the children's faith and that their youthful faith reminds us all of the joy in serving the Lord Jesus Christ.

I can’t thank our Father enough for blessing us on our field trip- a beautiful weather, a safe day, and a trip full of laughter.

Thank you Tr. Rachel for leading this year field trip- a Scavenger Hunt inside the National Zoo. 

Thank you Tr. Thai for taking care of our lunches. 

Thank you all the Thieu Nhi, Nghia Si, Hiep Si, Huynh Truong, Tro Ta, Phu Huynh (and Phu Huynh's family) for volunteering for the field trip. Whether it was a prayer you had last night for this field tip, a few minutes in the kitchen making sandwiches or 7 hours chaperoning the kids today, we appreciate your support. Without all of your help, a field trip of more than 80 people at a huge place like National Zoo would not have been possible.
