Hi,
I just bought a Jazz Digit 4G and now am trying to use WebIDE to access the call recorder function.
Here is what I found so far:
Jazz Digit 4G is based on MediaTek MT6731 Chipset which offers 512MB RAM, an x64 bit Dual Core CPU, and a 4GB Internal Internal Memory.
the phone came with KaiOS 2.5.1 however, it just received 2.5.2 OTA update a week ago.
debug code:"*#*#33284#*#*" doesn't seem to work, however, the following codes seem to work:
  • *#06#: shows IMEI
  • *#07#: shows SAR info (0 W/Kg)
  • *#2886#: shows KaiOS MMI Test, with Menu misspelled as "Manu"
  • *#8378269#: shows Engineer Mode.
  • *#*#0574#*#*: shows MTKLogger.
  • holding down * key while booting shows a menu in the Chinese language.
  •  holding # shows three options which can be selected by pressing * key and # key to move between options, The options are 1- Recovery mode 2- Fastboot mode 3-Normal boot.
Is there any way to use Fastboot mode to turn Developer Tools and WEBIDE on?

You're lucky, you already have Fastboot available from the bootmenu, not via the bootport hack.

As soon as you can somehow dump the stock recovery image, it can then be patched and replaced via fastboot.

I'm researching the same subject for my Sigma S3500 sKai. Will update the info as soon as I get the hold of the stock recovery image.
