Heya, so here's the issue I've been having. I've followed all the guides exactly step by step but I can't seem to get ANY app that would normally be able to read and write storage to work, including OmniSD. I own 2 Alcatel Go-Flip devices (4044O and 4044T) and have tried on both but to no avail. They were both privileged factory reset using the wallace app. Is it a problem with WebIDE or is it just that the Alcatel phones just don't support this functionality? I've tested OmniSD, KaiBoy, and the File Managers from KaiOS and FFOS and none of them work. OmniSD doesn't even pick up # to do a privileged reset. I don't see anyone else having these issues so I figured I might be doing something wrong. (I'm dying to play Harvest Moon GBC on these things so please help!!)

If you managed to install Wallace, just install the (unpacked) KaiBoy version the same way you installed Wallace.

By unpacked, I mean unpack the .gpkg.zip and then unpack the application.zip from it into a separate directory. And install through WebIDE.

Alcatels with KaiOS 1.0 (such as OT-4044O) don't support exactly same app management API as KaiOS 2.0, so the OmniSD approach might not work as expected.

I've already tried installing application.zip from a separate directory but it still doesn't let me pick roms :/

do I have to put them in a specific folder or something? I have them on the downloads folder already extracted as .gb and .gbc files respectively

It should be able to scan. But since it's KaiOS 1.0, the file related APIs used in KaiBoy are not guaranteed to work there.

Need to take a look explicitly whether this support can be done at all. Other devices (like Nokia 8110 4G this app was primarily created for) are KaiOS 2.5+.
