Nokia 8110 - Device offline

Hi,

I'm trying to run OmniSD but getting stuck with the error 'device offline'.

I have ADB running, when entering 'adb devices' I get the serial number with offline status.

Any command I try gives me the same error: 'adb: unable to connect for root: device offline'

Any help is much appreciated.

A few more details:

When entering *#*#33284#*#* I get a bug icon in the taskbar, but the developer menu still doesn't show up. When opening this page [https://w2d.bananahackers.net] on the phone and clicking "Launch Developer menu"  I can get to developer settings, but they still won't show up in the settings menu.

I wanted to install OmniSD to reboot to get a "Privileged Factory Reset"  to enable further development. (I can't install OmniSD though due to above mentioned issue - device offline error).
