The browser of Nokia 8110 doesn't support File-URIs - they are filtered on purpose because of security concerns or whatever...

But probably there is a solution: if you start my 'ftpd'-app and then open 'ftp://localhost' in your phone's browser -- then you can browse your phone, read text-files, open images... (this works from an other device in same wlan too -- using phone's IP then).

-- 'ftpd' is in my cloud (https://www.magentacloud.de/share/sojjvrui22) or in B-Hackers-Store.

1. Install speeduploop's ftpd app from the store.
2. Open it up and click "Enter!" then click "start server"
3. Minimize that app and type this into the browser: ftp://localhost
4. Then browse the phone as you want.

1. install OmniSD if you haven't already
2. use OmniSD to install ftpd.zip
3. start ftpd and click to start the ftp-server
4. now start your browser and open 'ftp://localhost'
--> you'll see the contents of your phone and can browse it like a web-site.

Well, you don't necessarily need OmniSD... Just sideloading with WebIDE works.

Then I'm quite sorry for you... ftpd will most probably not work...
-- it uses busybox -- which seems to be missing on most Jios. (there are ways to install busybox on jios -- somewhere in this group are posts about that)

I really can't say for sure -- but mostly probably yes.
- our 'jio-experts' could probably help you here.
