Nokia 8100 4G GerdaOS installation error: "E: failed to verify whole-file signature"

Hi everyone

and lots of thanks to the people involved in GerdaOS!

I have followed the installation instructions at https://gerda.tech/ to install GerdaOS on my second-hand Nokia 8100 4G (Dual Sim; on firmware v17). I have used the Wallace-Lite method to root the phone and copied the install image (I have made sure that the SHA256 sum is correct) as well as the recovery system to the phone's SD card.

When I boot into Gerda recovery, choose the "Apply update from SD card" -option and then click on the Gerda install file everything seems to work smoothly at first. Gerda Recovery seems to read the file but it then fails to verify the signature. I have tried re-uploading the Gerda installer using "adb push" but I still get the same error:

E: failed to verify whole-file signature

E: signature verification failed

Installation aborted

Did I miss a step somewhere (like disabling the verification of the update image) or is there another issue?
