QuickJS engine builds (ARMv7, static)

As promised, here are the QuickJS engine binary builds (version from 2019-07-28) for Nokia 8110 and other compatible ARMv7 devices.

Since they are static, they don't support .so module loading.

Contents:

qjs - normal QuickJS interpreter,

qjsc - on-device QuickJS compiler,

qjsbn - bignum-supporting QuickJS interpreter,

qjsbnc - bignum-supporting on-device QuickJS compiler.

P.S. Probably this engine is going to come in the next GerdaOS alphas instead of PicoLisp and NodeJS. Lua 5.3.5, on the other hand, will still remain.
