Update Nokia 8810 4g firmware

Hello group,

Is there any way to update the KaiOS firmware from 5.2.1 to 5.2.2 on the 8810 4g?

I bought the 8810 for Whatsapp call and unfortunately with 5.2.1 it is not working.

Or perhaps there is a non-official whatsapp I can sideload for it to work?

also whatsapp call doesn't work on 2.5.2 either - you need 2.5.2.2 or up

So am I correct in understanding there is no way to update firmware on Nokia 8810 4g? 

Then I bought it for nothing :(   I need the whatsapp calling function unfortunately.

Damn, was expecting to have this neat KaiOS phone instead of that toxic iPhone, but may need to look at other options then.
