PowerManagerService permissions

[Kasun]

Hi, 

I am creating power manager application for GerdaOS. 

I want to use , 

navigator.mozPower.powerOff();

I have setup manifest "type": "certified" and "permissions": {"power": {}} , then deployed my app inside b2g webapps when I creating system image.

After deployed the system image I am getting below error, Can I get any advice to resolve this issue.
