Changing browser settings using Wallace Toolbox

I have an Alcatel Go Flip (4044O). I have full access using Wallace Toolbox. Is there any safe way to either remove or filter the built-in browser?

I realized that I don't have BusyBox installed.... I have tried using OmniBB (installed with WebIDE) but I keep getting the "NoModificationAllowedError"

I have a 4044O, I was able to delete the browser app (and other system apps), but not the built-in browser yet (i.e. if someone texts me a link,  I can still follow it.)
