Dearest IFMSA Family,
As we continue preparations for the August Meeting 2026 in Astana, Kazakhstan, we are excited to announce the Fourth Call for Sessions Team and Support Persons applications!
With the General Assembly drawing closer, we are opening another opportunity for motivated individuals to contribute to the successful delivery of the meeting experience. The Sessions Team and Support Persons play an essential role in supporting the flow of sessions, facilitating engagement, and ensuring the smooth running of activities throughout the GA, both online and onsite.
We highly encourage all interested applicants to carefully review the updated booklet and position descriptions before applying, as they include important details regarding the roles, responsibilities, and expectations for each position.
A few important notes:
This call includes both online and in-person support roles.
Applicants must be from a Full or Associate NMO.
Full availability during the General Assembly is required.
This is your chance to be part of IFMSA history — to empower delegates, create spaces for learning and exchange, and help deliver a truly unforgettable August Meeting as we honor 75 years of our Federation.
