Dearest IFMSA Family,
We are pleased to announce the Second Call for Sessions Team and Support Persons for the August Meeting 2026, taking place in Astana, Kazakhstan!
Following the conclusion of the first call, we are opening additional opportunities to join the team that plays a vital role in shaping the General Assembly experience. The Sessions Team and Support Persons are at the heart of every GA — ensuring that sessions, discussions, and workshops are delivered smoothly and effectively, both online and in-person.
This second call focuses on filling remaining roles and strengthening the team to ensure a high-quality and impactful meeting experience for all participants.
Before applying, please make sure to carefully review the updated booklet and position descriptions for detailed information on roles, expectations, and requirements.
A few important notes:
This call includes both online and in-person support roles.
This call only includes Out of Quota spots (meaning, outside the NMO Delegation)
In-person in-quota positions will be opened in the next call and after registrations are concluded, so stay tuned!
Applicants must be from a Full or Associate NMO.
Full availability during the General Assembly is required.
