Behind every successful General Assembly, there is a dedicated team working tirelessly to ensure that every discussion is documented, every procedure is followed, and every voice has the opportunity to be heard. The General Assembly is the heart of IFMSA’s democratic processes. It is where decisions are made, policies are debated, constitutional matters are addressed, and the future of our Federation is shaped. Ensuring that these processes remain transparent, fair, and efficient requires passionate individuals who are willing to contribute their time, skills, and commitment. Meet the Team! For the August Meeting 2026, we are looking for motivated persons to join the Plenary Team as: Constitution Credential Committee (CCC) Members Assistant Secretaries Returning Officers Each of these roles plays a unique and essential part in making the General Assembly possible. Assistant Secretaries preserve the institutional memory of our Federation by accurately documenting discussions and decisions. Returning Officers support the smooth flow of plenary sessions and help delegates actively participate in decision-making processes. CCC Members uphold the integrity of IFMSA’s constitutional framework by interpreting governing documents and ensuring compliance with our Constitution and Bylaws. Beyond the responsibilities, these positions offer an incredible opportunity to learn more about IFMSA governance, develop valuable skills, collaborate with experienced leaders from across the Federation, and contribute directly to one of the most important aspects of our organization. Whether you are passionate about governance, procedural affairs, constitutional matters, documentation, or simply want to give back to IFMSA in a meaningful way, this is your chance to be part of something impactful.
