Dearest IFMSA Family,
As the IFMSA August Meeting 2026 in Astana, Kazakhstan draws closer, we continue to be inspired by the dedication of members stepping forward to contribute to our Federation’s democratic processes. The General Assembly is made possible through the commitment of individuals who ensure its proceedings remain transparent, inclusive, and efficient.
With this in mind, we are pleased to announce the fourth and final call for applications for the Plenary Team, Constitution Credential Committee (CCC), and Financial Committee (FC). This is the last opportunity for eligible and motivated members to apply for these important roles and support the smooth functioning of the General Assembly during AM26.
We strongly encourage all interested applicants to carefully review the official booklet, including the responsibilities, eligibility criteria, and expectations for each position, before submitting their applications. We look forward to hearing from members who are eager to contribute their skills, experience, and enthusiasm to the success of AM26.
Key eligibility requirements:
CCC and FC members must have previously attended at least one General Assembly.
All members of the Plenary Team, CCC, and FC must be from a full or associate NMO.
All positions require a signed and stamped candidature form linked within the application form.
As these roles require full availability during the General Assembly, applicants must not be part of IFMSA International Teams or hold other significant responsibilities that could affect their participation.
