It is with great joy that we officially open the call for submissions for the MM26 Activities Fair, an opportunity to showcase the heart of IFMSA’s activities. This space allows Activity Coordinators to highlight their work, share the challenges faced in their communities, and present the innovative and impactful solutions they have developed. We look forward to celebrating your activities and starting the year by amplifying the incredible work happening across the IFMSA. Timeline of the Activities Fair January 20th, 2026 – Enrollment Deadline Activities must be enrolled under an IFMSA Program to be eligible. Application Requirements To ensure a smooth and successful application, please follow these three steps: Enroll your Activity under an IFMSA Program by January 20th. Apply for MM26 AF by January 28th by completing the application form! Choose your mode of participation: indicate whether your Activity will take part online or onsite. Once submitted, you’re all set! Results will be shared ahead of the meeting. Why apply for the MM26 Activities Fair? Selected Activities will have the opportunity to present their work during the Activities Fair in front of a global IFMSA audience, creating space for visibility, exchange, and inspiration across the Federation. The top three Activities will be specially highlighted during the Closing Ceremony, celebrating excellence, impact, and innovation in IFMSA activities. We cannot wait to receive your submissions!
