We are excited to announce the Call for Sessions Team and Support Persons for the August Meeting 2026, taking place in Astana, Kazakhstan!

The Sessions Team and Support Persons are the backbone of every General Assembly — ensuring that each session, discussion, and workshop runs smoothly and effectively, both online and in-person. This is a valuable opportunity to actively contribute to the educational and logistical success of the August Meeting

Before applying, please take the time to review the booklet and positions for detailed information about the available roles, expectations, and requirements.

A few important notes:

• This call includes both online and in-person support roles.

• This call only includes Out of Quota spots (meaning, outside the NMO Delegation)

• In-person in-quota positions will be opened in the next call and after registrations are concluded, so stay tuned!

• Applicants must be from a Full or Associate NMO.

• Full availability during the General Assembly is required.

This is your chance to be part of IFMSA history — to empower delegates, create spaces for learning and exchange, and help deliver a truly unforgettable March Meeting as we honor 75 years of our Federation.

Apply before 13th of April, 2026 at 23:59 GMT through the official Application Form.
