Dearest IFMSA Family,

We are pleased to announce the Third Call for Sessions Team and Support Persons for the August Meeting 2026, taking place in Astana, Kazakhstan!

Following the previous calls, we are opening a third call to join the team that plays a vital role in shaping the General Assembly experience. The Sessions Team and Support Persons remain at the core of every GA — ensuring that sessions, discussions, and workshops are delivered smoothly and effectively, both online and in-person.

Before applying, please make sure to carefully review the updated booklet and position descriptions for detailed information on roles, expectations, and requirements.

A few important notes:

• This call includes both online and in-person support roles.

• This call only includes Out of Quota spots (meaning, outside the NMO Delegation)

• In-person in-quota positions will be opened in the next call and after registrations are concluded, so stay tuned!

• Applicants must be from a Full or Associate NMO.

• Full availability during the General Assembly is required.

This is your chance to be part of IFMSA history — to empower delegates, create spaces for learning and exchange, and help deliver a truly unforgettable August Meeting as we honor 75 years of our Federation.
