Dearest IFMSA Family,
As preparations for the August Meeting 2026 in Astana, Kazakhstan continue to move forward, we are pleased to announce the Fifth Call for Sessions Team and Support Persons Applications!
With the General Assembly fast approaching, we are opening yet another opportunity for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to become part of the team behind the meeting. Sessions Team members and Support Persons are instrumental in creating a productive and engaging environment, supporting session logistics, facilitating participation, and contributing to the overall success of the General Assembly both onsite and online.
We strongly encourage all prospective applicants to carefully review the updated booklet and position descriptions before submitting their applications, as they contain important information regarding the scope of work, responsibilities, requirements, and expectations associated with each role. We look forward to welcoming new members to the team and continuing to build an impactful August Meeting together.
A few important notes:
This call includes both online and in-person support roles.
This call only includes Out of Quota spots (meaning, outside the NMO Delegation)
Applicants must be from a Full or Associate NMO.
Full availability during the General Assembly is required.
This is your chance to be part of IFMSA history — to empower delegates, create spaces for learning and exchange, and help deliver a truly unforgettable August Meeting as we honor 75 years of our Federation.
