We are delighted to announce that the Combined Call for Trainers & Participants for SRT Vietnam 2026 is officially OPEN!
This will be the first time an IFMSA Sub-Regional Training is hosted in Vietnam, offering a unique capacity-building experience in the heart of Southeast Asia. Hosted in Hanoi – the City of Light, SRT Vietnam 2026 brings together high-quality workshops, experienced workshop coordinators, and the rich cultural diversity and hospitality of Vietnam. Hanoi is a city where tradition meets modernity, known for its ancient Old Quarter, vibrant street food culture, legendary lakes, poetic autumn, and a gentle charm that makes every visitor feel at home.

SRT Vietnam 2026 features a series of thematic workshops covering areas such as leadership development, effective communication, research and clinical exchanges, medical education, sexual and reproductive health, human rights and peace, and other topics aligned with IFMSA’s global strategic priorities
By the way, beyond training, beyond academic acquisition, participants coming to Vietnam and SRT Vietnam are reaching opportunities to meet those talented extraordinary health-related students from IFMSA member countries around the world. 2. GENERAL INFORMATION
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
Time: 6 - 9th February, 2026.
3. WORKSHOPS
TMET – Training Medical Education Trainers
TNT – Training New Trainers
PRET – Professional Research and Exchange Training
4. PARTICIPATION FEE
• Participants fee: 150€ (inclusive of food, accommodation, social program and transport)
• Local fee: 25€ (exclusive of accommodation)
• Trainers fee: 0 €
5. REGISTRATION FORM
The registration form for participants and trainers is now open!

Please make sure to fill in the form carefully, this will be the information used to plan your stay and assign you to workshops.
Deadline for First Call: 31st December 2025 23:59 GMT
