| | Wait… did you think we weren’t going to have online workshops for everyone across the world? Of course we are! 🌍I hope you're all doing well! It is with great excitement that we officially open the Call for Online Workshop Proposals for the first-ever Online Pre-March Meeting (o'PreMM26)! The o'PreMM26 will take place entirely online, during the period of February 10-24, 2026, providing a unique opportunity for members worldwide to engage, learn, and share knowledge in our workshops before the in-person pre-March Meeting workshops in Denmark! |
| |
| | The Online PreMM26 is designed specifically to ensure that members who will not attend physically in Denmark still get to be part of spectacular, diverse, and impactful workshops. This is about access, inclusion, and connecting medical students worldwide! That said… If you are able to travel, we strongly encourage you to also apply for the physical in-person PreMM26 in Denmark 🇩🇰, the second call for trainers and participants will be out soon, so stay tuned! The online and physical PreMMs will cover a different range of workshops, meaning each offers a unique learning experience. Ideally? You don’t want to miss out on either!! :) |

| How is the workshops' selection process? |
| |
| After all workshops proposals have been submitted, a call for input from the NMOs, Team of Officials, and general members will be opened. Each proposal will be evaluated by at least two members of the Executive Board, and in case of a significant difference in scoring, a third reviewer will be assigned. All input collected will be used for scoring as well. Afterwards, selected proposals will be shared for further inputs and feedback with the NMOs before calls for trainers and participants open. To ensure transparency, all workshop proposers will receive a summary of the scoring process once results are finalized. |
