We are officially opening the First Calls for the Members of the 💜 SWG on National Member Organisations Capacity Building Development 2025-26!💜
|

This SWG is a special one as we focus on helping NMOs establish, develop and reform their internal Capacity Building and Training Support Divisions.
|
| |
🏆 The vision is for all NMOs to have highly functioning Capacity Building and Training Support Divisions that contribute to the growth of Capacity Building at IFMSA!
|

The goals of the SWG are mentioned below:

| | | | • | 📌 Create resources for the NMOs to use to establish their CB Division and Training Division

| | • | 📌 Create resources for the NMOs to use to understand if their NMOs’ CB Division is functioning and if it needs reforming
|
| | • | 📌 Create resources for the NMOs to use to reform their NMOs’ CB Division

| | • | 🚨 No late entries will be accepted.

| | • | 📌 There are three parts to the form: Motivation and Idea, Work Styles, and Getting To Know You.

| | • | 📌 We highly recommend that you personalise your answers so we can see who YOU are!
|
| | • | 👉 You are also required to choose 1-4 SWG focus areas that you are interested in working on!
|
| | • | 🚨The selection results of the SWG will be sent by email to all applicants.
|
| | • | 📌 Do NOT forget to click submit!
|
| | • | 👉 You will also receive a copy of your responses once you have clicked submit, so check your mail to ensure you receive a copy - it means the submission went through!
