Sharing the Trainers' Needs Assessment Form 25/26 Dearest IFMSA members and CB Enthusiasts worldwide,  I hope this email finds you happy, healthy and contributing to our capacity. On behalf of the Capacity Building International Team, I am pleased to share with you the IFMSA Trainers' Needs Assessment Form for this term, developed to better understand the needs, challenges, aspirations, and development priorities of IFMSA Trainers and Facilitators across all regions.  What is the Trainers' Needs Assessment Form?  This Trainers' Needs Assessment form is a tool that aims to gather trainers & facilitators' inputs on current needs and expectations for their engagement and development in this term. This form is a key step toward building a structured, relevant, and sustainable Trainers Education system, ensuring that future initiatives, educational activities, and capacity building opportunities are truly tailored to the real needs of our trainers and facilitators.  What does the Trainers' Needs Assessment Form contain? This assessment explores multiple areas, including:  Trainers’ development needs and skill gaps Preferred learning and development methods Trainers Resource Center usage and update Trainers Camp, CB Hive, Trainers League, and other engagement initiatives Online facilitation capacities Regional challenges Trainers Yearbook vision   Who can fill this form?  Any trainer/facilitator on the IFMSA Trainers Pool!  If you are a CB Representative, be sure to share this form with as many trainers of your NMO as possible. The CB Rep with the most NMO Trainer responses gets a handmade crochet scarf from me in the MM!
