Dear IFMSA Members,

The countdown to March 2026 is on, and we’re returning to Copenhagen, Denmark, the birthplace of IFMSA, to celebrate 75 years of impact, leadership, and unity. We are thrilled to announce the third call for passionate members to join the Sessions Team and Support Persons for the March Meeting 2026!

We are seeking motivated, creative, and committed members ready to support the smooth delivery of workshops, discussions, and events, whether online or in person. Your contribution will make a real difference in creating meaningful experiences for all delegates.

Before applying, please review the Booklet and Position Descriptions to understand the roles, expectations, and requirements.

Important Notes:

• This call includes both online and in-person support roles.

• Applicants must belong to a Full or Associate NMO.

• Full availability during the General Assembly is required.

Be part of IFMSA history, help create an inspiring environment for delegates, and ensure that March Meeting 2026 is an unforgettable celebration of 75 years.
