Dearest IFMSA Family,
As the IFMSA August Meeting 2026 in Astana, Kazakhstan continues to approach, we remain grateful for the enthusiasm and commitment of members who are stepping forward to support the Federation’s democratic spaces. The success of the General Assembly relies on the dedication of individuals who help ensure its processes are transparent, inclusive, and effective.
With this in mind, we are happy to announce the fifth call for applications for the Plenary Team, Constitution Credential Committee (CCC), and Financial Committee (FC). This call provides another opportunity for eligible and motivated members to take part in these essential roles and contribute to the smooth running of the General Assembly during AM26.
We encourage all interested applicants to carefully review the official booklet, including the responsibilities, eligibility criteria, and expectations for each position, before submitting their applications. We look forward to welcoming more members who are eager to contribute their time, skills, and dedication to making AM26 a successful and memorable experience for the entire Federation.
Key eligibility requirements:
CCC and FC members must have previously attended at least one General Assembly.
All members of the Plenary Team, CCC, and FC must be from a full or associate NMO.
All positions require a signed and stamped candidature form linked within the application form.
As these roles require full availability during the General Assembly, applicants must not be part of IFMSA International Teams or hold other significant responsibilities that could affect their participation.
