What is an SRT?
SRT, or Sub-Regional Training, is an official IFMSA event that brings together students from the region and beyond, with the aim to learn, grow, and network through peer education and socializing.

Why participate?
By taking part in the workshops, you will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge on topics that interest you through interactive sessions, games, and tasks. You will also get the chance to meet fellow medical students from around the globe, share your experiences, projects, and challenges, and build lifelong friendships.
All participants who successfully complete their workshops will have the opportunity to apply for the IFMSA Trainers Pool, which opens the door to participating in other IFMSA Capacity Building events.

TNT
Training New Trainers (TNT) is an essential workshop designed to develop new trainers. It equips you with the most important soft skills and knowledge needed to become an educator, mentor, and role model in the field of non-formal education.
In TNT, you'll explore key elements of training design, evaluation, facilitation, presentation, and much more. One of the best parts of TNT is that the skills you gain are not only valuable for your training journey but are also highly applicable in your everyday life.

TSRHRT
Training Sexual and Reproductive Health And Rights Trainers (TSRHRT) isn’t just any training - it’s the SCORA workshop and the only place to become a certified SCORA trainer. In just a few days, you’ll dive into topics med school often skips: sex and relationships, gender identity, consent, safe abortion, LGBTQIA+ health, stigma, and more.
You won’t just learn - you’ll lead sessions, run activities, and gain real skills to drive change in your NMO or community.
What sets TSRHRT apart is its unique vibe - a safe, open space built on trust, reflection, and connection with passionate changemakers.
By the end, you won’t just know more - you’ll be more: a confident facilitator ready to spark conversations wherever you go.

TNHRT
Training New Human Rights Trainers (TNHRT) isn’t just another workshop - it’s your gateway into becoming a human rights advocate within healthcare and beyond. As part of IFMSA, this training empowers you to become a certified trainer who can lead meaningful change in your community.
In just a few days, you’ll explore topics that matter but are often overlooked: the right to health, equity and access to care, patient dignity, discrimination, and advocacy in healthcare systems. You won’t just learn the theory - you’ll actively facilitate sessions, engage in discussions, and build practical skills to turn knowledge into action.
What makes TNHRT special is its inspiring and collaborative environment - a space where passion for justice meets personal growth, reflection, and connection with like-minded changemakers.
By the end, you won’t just understand human rights - you’ll embody them: a confident trainer ready to stand up, speak out, and create impact wherever you go.

How to apply?
If you are interested in participating, please fill out this form until 06/05. Should you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out via email at s...@cromsic.hr or contact me directly at +491719925003 (Lyonel)
