Dear IFMSA Family, The festive season is here with us once again. But this time, aside the pomp, the celebrations and jingles, we pause to hold space for the emotions that quietly rest beneath the cheer. We want to acknowledge, honor, and support those navigating mental-health challenges during this season — the memories of loved ones no longer with us, the moments of loneliness, or the weight of grief, anxiety and depression that can sit silently beneath the celebration. The Memory Jar — A Space to Remember, Reflect, and HealWe invite you to share a piece of your heart through our Memory Jar, a gentle corner of our campaign created to hold stories, artwork, messages, and reflections that mean something to you during this season. You may submit: a short letter, a poem, a drawing or artwork, a message to someone you miss, a reflection on your healing journey, or a memory you want to honor. These submissions will be gathered and shared (anonymously) as Christmas Mental Health Messages — a reminder that no one walks their journey alone. 📩 Submit to the Memory Jar: Here |
