Dear IFMSA Members,
As we move closer to March 2026 and prepare to return to IFMSA’s birthplace — Copenhagen, Denmark — for the celebration of 75 years of unity, leadership, and impact, we are pleased to launch the second call for the Sessions Team and Support Persons of the March Meeting 2026!
We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and creative members who are eager to contribute to the educational and logistical backbone of our General Assembly. Whether supporting online or in person, the Sessions Team and Support Persons ensure that every activity, discussion, and workshop runs smoothly and meaningfully.
Before applying, please take the time to review the Booklet and Position Descriptions, which outline all roles, expectations, and requirements.
Important Notes:
This call includes both online and in-person support roles.
This round covers Out-of-Quota positions only (outside NMO delegations).
In-person in-quota roles will be opened in the next call once registrations conclude.
Applicants must belong to a Full or Associate NMO.
Full availability during the General Assembly is required.
Don’t miss the chance to be part of IFMSA history — supporting delegates, facilitating learning spaces, and helping deliver an exceptional March Meeting as we honor 75 years of our Federation.
