Dear SCORA Family,
Findings from the SXC baseline assessment highlighted key challenges affecting the effective implementation of SCORA X-CHANGE (SXC) programs. National Officers on SRHR (NORAs) reported recurring barriers such as:
Limited financial and human resources.
Insufficient capacity within Organizing Committees.
Weak promotion and visibility of SXC initiatives.
These challenges are not shortcomings, they are opportunities for growth, learning and collective empowerment.
In response, the SXC Capacity Building Camp is designed to strengthen the skills and capacities of SCORA members to overcome these challenges.

1. Why should you apply?
Through practical and interactive sessions, participants will gain tools in agenda development, fundraising, capacity-building workshops within SXC and intercultural communication to enhance the quality, sustainability and impact of SXC programs.
This camp is more than a training—it is a collective investment in the future of SXC. By empowering motivated SCORA members, we aim to transform identified challenges into actionable solutions and ensure that SXC programs are impactful, inclusive, and sustainable across NMOs.
