[IFMSA] [MM26] Call for IFMSA Memorabilia — Anniversary Exhibition

Dear IFMSA Members,

As part of the IFMSA 75th Anniversary journey, we are preparing a special memorabilia exhibition for the August Meeting 2026 in Kazakhstan. We warmly invite our members to contribute historical items that reflect our legacy and impact across the years.

We are looking for meaningful pieces from your archives or alumni, such as:

• Old IFMSA or NMO badges

• Motion forms or official documents

• Vintage publications or photographs

• Event memorabilia or merchandise

• Any other items that represent your NMO’s history

All submitted memorabilia will be carefully displayed during the meeting and safely returned to you on the AM 2026 departure day (7 August 2026).

Collection arrangements:
You may bring the items during:

• Pre-March Meeting (25–28 February) in Aarhus

• March Meeting (1–7 March) in Copenhagen

If your member/NMO plans to contribute, please inform us in advance so we can prepare proper documentation and handling.

This exhibition is part of our collective storytelling—a chance to celebrate where we came from as we shape where we are going. Your contribution will help bring IFMSA’s shared history to life for a new generation of medical students.
