BamUtil Version 1.0.6 released

On 11/14/2012, BamUtil version 1.0.6 was released.

Updates:

trimBam - Update to allow trimming a different number of bases from each end of the read

If you are interested in this Update, the new version can be downloaded at:

It does not require an upgrade to libStatGen, but feel free to also upgrade to the new version of that tool.
