BamTools2.0 released

* CRITICAL *
There was a coordinate discrepancy with older BamTools versions.
Please see the Porting Guide ( https://github.com/pezmaster31/bamtools/wiki/BamTools-2x_PortingGuide.pdf
) for more detailed information. This affects ALL users - of both the
API and the command-line utilities.

I'll be following this up with more information on the other updates
that are part of this release, but just wanted to post this heads-up
first.
