plot.bammdata Missing function

Dear all,

I am new using BAMM. I generated the event_Data file, but when I try to use the function plot.bammdata the function is not found. However, all the other functions (or at least many of them) work fine. Any thoughts? The R version I use is 4.1.2 and BAMMtools version is 2.1.8

Hi Daniel,

The BAMMtools R package is just missing an alias for the function. If you do ?plot.bammdata you'll get the function documentation. But you'll need to use the function plot(). See the examples in the documentation.

I'll find a solution for this next time we submit an update to CRAN.
