Hello,
I recently ran a diversification analysis on BAMM. Turns out, there is greatest support for a uniform evolutionary rate regime across my tree with a posterior probability of 71% for zero shifts. This analysis is a part of an upcoming manuscript and I was wondering if it is a better idea to present the phylorate tree with model-averaged diversification rates than presenting the single best configuration picked from the posterior (maximum a posteriori probability configuration)? There is a slight difference in a few branches and I was wondering which would qualify as a better or more accurate estimation.
