It is interesting because most other planes seem to set the transponder automatically when instructed by atc but a310 is one of the few that requires setting manually. Guess it could be considered a bug or a feature depending whether you prefer setting yourself.

The A310 is different from other aircraft. All inputs have to be done manually inside the cockpit. Radio frequency. Sqawk codes. Even flight planning has to be done using the FMC. It was modelled that way for a more realistic experience

Please bear with me.Starting A-310 in Cold & Dark mode. After putting on batteries and Ext. PWR.and moving to ATC,drop-down template only gives options for various ways to depart. Straight out, remain in pattern or depart N,S,E or W.It further gives taxi clearance til holding position and then clearance for T/O.Thereafter there is total silence till one lands manually or with A/P and ILS.On landing it comes alive once one has landed and requests for taxi to gates.

Conversely with A-320 for instance,drop-down template is same. However after Flight Plan input an additional line appears providing for IFR clearance for instrument FP.Prompt clearance is given for destination city,T/O runway, predetermined altitude,Dep. frequency and Squawk No.Thereafter relevant altitude instructions, waypoints, descent and relevant instructions for ILS approach with distance/ direction to airport and clearance for landing. On landing instructions for taxing and gate.

I think it's an airport beacon of some sort. I read somewhere in the forum that it can be turned off using the panel from a commercial airliners radio. Turn off the NAV1 and NAV2 and some other switches. It didn't work. I still hear the beeping. Sometimes high pitch, and sometimes low pitch. Can anyone explain what this is and how to turn it on/off?

Check your radio switches... If there are lights on above anything except for com1 and com2 that's probably your source. What you're hearing is the ident code for whatever station your nav radios are tuned to (Includes ADF and ILS). The tuners you have vary between aircraft. Is this one of the FSX default planes?

Yes. Only the original FSX aircraft have the beeping. I have tried every switch on the radios. Even changed frequencies to an airport in Jamaica (from DC area). Still get beeping. Beep-beeep-beep-beep-beep. The whole flight.

I am currently doing a tour Australia (see link in my sig) but I have had to stop it at YARG temporarly because I am hearing a strange "morse code" beeping noise every 10 seconds.I recorded it and saved it to an mp3 which is 360kb in size and can be l...

Any way of turning off the constant Morse Beeping you get from the NAV Radio when it's tuned into an ILS approach ?Reassuring to hear the Morse Code is correct with the Morse ID of the ILS but after hearing it loop 55 times it get's tiring !...

I was reading that in the real world pilots should constantly check the morse code ident of the NDB to ensure they are recieving the correct signal. Is this replecated in FS and is the morse code signals reliable in FS and a worthy learning tool?...

Yeet a Plane Simulator codes are freebies to help you in your mission to collect all the pets and yeet your plane further than any other blox on the block. The developer, QG Studios, releases new codes to celebrate the game hitting specific milestones.

Airplane Simulator offers you one of the most realistic flight experiences on the Roblox platform. It has many different aircraft to choose from, both large and spacious passenger ones, and superfast military ones. But, of course, they are not available at the beginning of the game. Therefore, players will have to earn Cash by completing various orders. Or, you can just use Airplane Simulator codes.

These Roblox codes can bring you a lot of money. As a result, you can purchase a fast and spacious aircraft at the beginning of the game. But you should hurry, as redeeming codes are active for a limited time.

In Airplane Simulator, you are offered only two types of orders, namely cargo delivery or passenger transportation. However, depending on the aircraft's capacity, players can earn a lot of cash on a single flight. The distance between airports is quite long, and flying on a slow plane takes a long time. Therefore, you should purchase vehicles with a higher speed as soon as possible. Airplane Simulator codes will help you with this.

Developers often release new codes after updates or when players reach certain milestones. Just like with other flight simulators, you should not miss out on the free goodies in Airplane Simulator. To do this, follow our guide, which we will be updating. Alternatively, players can check the official developer pages:
