All BAMD students are to upload their softcopy files (be it video, animation, swf, presentation... etc) into the school system on 16 Mar, Friday, 1130am (Don't be late), CMS.
No DVDs/CDs may be left in CMS.
All relevant supporting paper documents may bring on ur presentation dates (19/20/21 Mar).
PLS NOTE: Student/s who fail to upload on the mentioned date & time, will NOT be graded.
yup, sounds stressful... so let's drive on... it's gonna be over soon... hang in there okay.... ta

Pls be in CMS, 19 Mar (Mon), 8am to upload ur files.
Pls make ur files as small as possible, as it is gonna be upload into HU server.
On tat day, pls create a folder of ur NAME & CLASS which consists of:
-Dissertation
-Advance Studio Project
-Presentation (ppt, swf... etc)
-Documentation / Developement (all may scan in low res)
-Relevant documents (all may scan in low res)

Dear all,
Reminder from roi & simon... total size for all ur files (ie whatever u going to present during assessment, video/animation/ppt/website, etc etc) must be less than 150MB as we have to upload to the HU server.
Take note NOT MORE THAN 150MB. Pls compress ur video or animation as small as possible.

The total size for Interactive, i assume wont be a problem.
For Video & Animation, if ur total size gets too big, pls render ur video file at these compression:
Compression type: Sorenson Video 3 or H264
Audio compression: QDesign Music 2, 32.000kHz
If there is any prob, pls sms me.
Worst scenario is to ring Simon on Sun.
