Hi James,
Do u mean that after we do our setup tomorrow on the 23rd, then the gallery 2 will be sealed? Because some of us will be using laptops for the displaying of our works, isn't it too early to leave our laptops there, since the actual opening is on the 28th?
Is it possible we just do the setting up of our stuff, i.e. putting up our concept boards, mockups, or print works etc, then on a later date just before the actual day we installed our computer systems? because for me personally, i would still require my laptop for work, I cannot afford to leave my laptop locked in the gallery till the end of grad show.
Please advise.

Why do we have only one day top set up when the opening is 28th march?
There are individuals who have to set up installations and honestly, one day is not enough as we have to test the space, technicalities, lighting, etc. It is unfair that we are informed at the very last minute that its tomorrow and only a day.
We would prefer to set them up next week as I agree with danny regarding laptop where in terms of installations, there is a great number of days leading up to the opening that we have to leave our equipment.
Recap:
#1: a day is not enough to set up installations+booths (preferbly a period of 2-3 days)
#2: next week monday-weds is preferbly a good time range to set up (like diploma days)

may i recap here so u can read at ur pace:
Pls be at the gallery on 23 Mar (Fri) 10am for ur setup.
I understand some of us are not ready for the setup but do bring in artworks (if any) for tml.
The gallery, i believe will be locked by the security at...... 1730?
For second round of setting up, pls come down on 28 Mar (Wed) 10am to fine tune ur setups.
There's a Full Dress Rehearsal on Tues, 1500, so i guess tat day & time is out.
