Dear Levi,

As far as I know, all students' works have been submitted to the student Design and Publication team for final compilation and it appears that now the team is unable to deliver/complete the task due to their final assessment.

1) Could you confirm with your student body, if you still want to have the CD ROM and get back to the Advisory committee on urgent basis;

2) You gotta think about who is going to bear the cost if only one party wishes to go ahead with it.

Your early reply please before it is even too late to produce those CD ROM!

Thanks and regards
Casey

Hi all

now that the catalogue is almost ready for printing. i have an issue; that is, the CD ROM. my question is - can we skip the CD ROM production for ID, GC, FA and MA?

the GC design and publication team have found difficulty in coordinating to compile works for the catalogue. they are now rushing for the coming external assessment and the show. can we spare them?

some of the pathway actually has compile the artwork for the CD. however, i noticed that the artwork they gave to GC team are the same images for the catalogue! that doesnt make sense right? what's the point?!

moreover, a few number of them are so picky in their images that they kept changing their minds what to and what not to put. where some of them 'bo chap' (oh, simon, which means 'hack care')

furthermore, we can save about 1K plus if we only do the DVD for MM students. i think we have the responsibility to do it for the MM students. therefore, simon, we will have to engage your students to compile and organise their classmates artwork asap.

let's have a vote. one 'no' vote from the GC.

regards
choongkheng
