Dear Mr Kent,

I have counted the number of System 2s, there are only 32. My course requires a total number of 33, in which 2 of them are for an installation by 1 student. So there are 31 x System 2s for 31 individuals.

The locations for the 3 installations are ok.

- 1 installation will be the 3 pedestrals facing the wall space (Noraini: please take note of ur space)

- the installation (closer to the middle of both galleries) will be setup by a student who has already secured her own equipments (Fit: please take note)

- the installation with the 2 x System 2 needs to be re-position to the installation space (nearer to the front of G2), Mr Kent. Perhaps we can just shift a little on the actual day of setting up. (Pagan: please take note too)

The overall layout of this new considered plan is fine.

With regards to this new layout which was done by Jerry, according to what I know, the changes were made due to the proximity of the display pedestals in the zig-zag arrangement. In the revised layout, the pedestals have been spaced further apart to ease traffic and potential interferences between monitors.

Sorry.  My oversight.  We have indeed specify 33 nos of System 2 in our quotation, but this is not reflected in the gallery plan.  Will relocated one of the modular unit to the centre installation area, together with another unit.

 

The position of the pedestals can be adjusted on the day of installation.  Best to standby during the installation (before they laid the electrical cables), so that you can supervise the contractor accordingly.
