Copyright Declaration Form

Hi All,

We are required to declare for copyright issue for the computers we are using to display our works during GradShow. Please find attached the copyrightdeclaration form.

If you are using computers to display your works, please make sure there are NO pirated softwares in your computers.

You can have FOC softwares/viewers to play your works. i.e. Flash Player, Windows Media Player, QuickTime etc.

This is to protect yourself and the school, because audiences might try to be funny and dig for pirated copies of softwares and sabo u.

Greg, Mad, please do me a favour to collect this Copyright Declaration forms from your class on your respective presentation day? I will collect from you again. Thanks a lot!

Please find attached layout plans for VIP route, Rules of conduct and copy right declaration form for all students participate in this coming Degree Graduation Show 07 to observe.

All students are to fill up the copy right declaration form and submit to their respective PLs, myself or Kent Neo before the Show. Thank you for your cooperation.

Hairul if your cohort needs to put name stickers on the panels please submit a name list to me by tomorrow if you can. For MD and FA might want to come out theirs own label that is fine, just ensure the consistency among your cohort.
