Dear Sir,

We are a real estate company which has an aim of providing low cost affordale housing on the outskirts of Mumbai.

We are therefore looking out for various cheap ut durable costruction ideas, within a range of 33,000 - 45,000 per house, admeasuring 300 - 450 sqft each. The pilot lot would be 100 pcs, and thereafter we would expand. Please advise us of the various possibilities, with designs. Also advise us of the timeframe.

We have not yet tried low cost housing in bamboo. Somebody has to spend on prototyping to find out feasible possibilities
