Extra characters added to some URLs

With Bamboo 2.2.8, I'm having an issue where the URL for some articles seems to get modified by Bamboo. I'm only seeing it with some articles from this particular RSS feed:

http://www.dallascowboys.com/rss/article

The correct URL will be something like the following:

http://www.dallascowboys.com/news/2016/10/14/gut-feeling-dallascowboyscom-writers%E2%80%99-final-thoughts-cowboys-packers-matchup

But when I click on it from within Bamboo, it is changed as follows:

http://www.dallascowboys.com/news/2016/10/14/gut-feeling-dallascowboyscom-writers%25E2%2580%2599-final-thoughts-cowboys-packers-matchup

If I just hover over it from within Bamboo, it shows up correctly. But if I left click, right click, or copy/paste, it's incorrect.

If I use another feed reader, or just Firefox itself, to display the feed's page, everything is fine (clicking on the article's URL goes to the right place).

I don't think this was a problem with Bamboo version 2.2, but seems to have been introduced in one of the updates. I'm not sure if it was a problem before 2.2.8. I can certainly test older versions if it would help to narrow it down.

I'm running Firefox version 46.0.1.
