Add option to not display images

Hi, I've been using bamboo feed reader for awhile now, it's very functional.

I would like to have an option to hide images but still have content displayed.

Hello,

you can use the ad blocker to remove all images with the rule */*

(see "Edit black list" button from the settings tab)
