I started using Bamboo recently. Latest Firefox. I can never get autmatic updates/notifications, I always have to check manually.

Well, as you all know, Firefox decided to mess things up with extensions, many stopped working, or will stop working soon. I was using Livefeed for years, it stopped notifying me for new stuff on my RSS feeds. I tried bamboo, it has a nice menu and all, many options, but still, I have to click the button, then the refresh button, if I want to see what's new. That's not practical at all. Any help? Bamboo Feed Reader 2.3.2 and Firefox 56.0.
