Problem with escaped urls

I'm registered to the feed of a forum.
When the url contains special characters (in my case, japanese) they get escaped.
It appears that bamboo escapes the already escaped link, causing all the "%" to become "%25".

For example, this

index.php?%A5%C9%A5%AD%A5%E5%A5%E1%A5%F3%A5%C8%2F%A5%B5%A5%A6%A5%F3%A5%C9%2Fwwise%A5%B5%A5%A6%A5%F3%A5%C9%A5%AA%A1%BC%A5%B5%A5%EA%A5%F3%A5%B0%A5%C4%A1%BC%A5%EB

becomes this

index.php?%25A5%25C9%25A5%25AD%25A5%25E5%25A5%25E1%25A5%25F3%25A5%25C8%252F%25A5%25B5%25A5%25A6%25A5%25F3%25A5%25C9%252Fwwise%25A5%25B5%25A5%25A6%25A5%25F3%25A5%25C9%25A5%25AA%25A1%25BC%25A5%25B5%25A5%25EA%25A5%25F3%25A5%25B0%25A5%25C4%25A1%25BC%25A5%25EB

Is there a way to fix this?
