e10s and WebExtensions API compatibility?

I love your add-on, I use at home and in my office with syncing Dropbox the bamboodata folder. I fear of that e10s and/or WebExtensions API will break this fantastic add-on. Are you working on the compatibility? Please give us some information about the future compatibility.

Yes the Mozilla team announced that the technologies used by Bamboo will not be supported anymore.

I doubt that the WebExtensions API will offers enough features to rebuild the add-on with it.

Someone tested Bamboo with e10s and didn't see much problems:

I would be glad if I could use your add-on past the deadline mozilla decided for legacy add-ons...
