monserver 的 proxy 不能转向外面的IP地址？

在一台服务器上，转向127.0.0.1，8080端口，成功。
在另一台服务器上，转向 221.***.***.*** 80端口，提示连接错误。
shit. 可能是monserver的一个bug.
