Practices That Promote Engaged Learning



Theresa Lundquist and Jeffrey Roach will lead a lively discussion on
the current landscape of training and staff development in the legal
market. Topics will include fresh strategies for assessing staff and
new hires, implementing training programs that support personalized
learning plans and measuring performance improvement. This informal
discussion will highlight specific examples of what law firms are
doing today, and it will also introduce tools that can relieve the
administrative burden of managing complex education programs.

in the U.S. Throughout her tenure, Theresa has partnered with clients
to understand their business goals and challenges, helping them to
evaluate, plan and organize learning programs that focus on increasing
productivity and proficiency, leading firms to improved client service
and organizational performance. A frequent speaker to the legal
industry, Theresa is also the author of several published articles on
assessment and learning. She is an active member of the American
Society of Training and Development, as well as the International
Society of Performance Improvement.



Jeffrey Roach, Chief Experience Officer, Profiscience Partners
